Privacy Policy
2026-09-29
SAFRIVA respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
Search details you enter (routes, dates, travellers), your language and currency choices, and — only with your consent — analytics cookies. We do not ask for payment details.
How we use it
To run your search, remember your preferences, improve the site, and pass your search to the partner you choose so it opens pre-filled.
Partners
When you continue to a partner, their own privacy policy applies to the information you give them, including booking and payment data.
Cookies
We use Cookiebot to manage consent. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie Settings” in the footer.
Your rights
You can ask to access or correct your information, or make a complaint, by emailing us. We reply within 30 days.
